Fearless Friday, January 27th

Hi, everyone!

It is late, so I am going to try to make this quick.  I may have to finish posting it in the morning.

Today is Fearless Friday, when many of us across the internet gather in cyber world to pray for the needs of others.  We love to take your needs to the Father in prayer and feel it is a great honor to have the opportunity to do so.

If you need prayer or would like us to pray for someone else, be sure and leave a comment or you can email me.  You can also contact my friend, Angela, if you would like.  You will find our information in my sidebar.

There is a precious little girl, Tenlee, who is in great need of prayer.  The following is taken directly from my buddy, Linda’s (Prairie FlowerFarm) website:

Tenlee had heart surgery on Monday January 25, everything went wonderful and all day she responded very well. On Tuesday Morning the respiratory tech went to give her a breathing treatment and the machine got reversed and sucked all the air from her lungs. This stopped her heart. They put her on life support and gave her 50-50 chance of surviving. Thank you ladies for praying.

Isn’t she precious?!!

Also, please keep Tenlee’s parents and other family members in your prayers.  Also, Tenless’s grandmother request we pray for the respiratory tech, who was administering the treatment when the accident happened.

Update:

This is what we learned when we made it back to the hospital. Tenlee had blood work done to test blood gas levels, a scan of her brain, chest xrays, and an echocardiogram. Not sure if that is spelled correct. Everything was great...no swelling of the brain, blood levels good, AND her heart has begun to work correctly!!! So, right now they are saying no surgery. It's that amazing. Yesterday there was so much damage that it had to be done again and today the damage is gone. Hummm, wonder who did that?! Praise God! The lungs are another story. They said that on the xrays that the left lung is white which means it is still deflated. The right is white at the very top and the very bottom. But the right is beginning to function. She was placed on a different type of ventilator that blows 340 puffs of air into her lungs each minute. This is suppose to help open the left lung and help it stay open. The doctor has started weaning her off the machines. The machine that is doing the work of the heart goes by numbers. It started at 650 which is doing everything for her heart. A few minutes ago, it was at 440 and Tenlee's heart is doing more of the work. As a matter of fact, she had a reaction to a med that she was receiving because her heart was also working and she needed less of the medication. They are continuing to give less and less of the medication as her heart does more. They are also trying to lessen her sedation. When we play with her toes, she will wiggle them. Also, one eye is trying to open. Kisa touched her eyelid to close it and Tenlee quickly opened her eye. It was almost as if she knew it was Mom. I'm sure it was a reaction to the touch but it was still exciting to see her open her eye.

NOW, don't think too much! She still has a long way to go but they are hoping to have her completely off the heart machine tomorrow afternoon. We will see. And, it will depend on what the lungs do. I will send another email as she makes IMPROVEMENTS. Doesn't that sounds wonderful. Until tomorrow, we love you all and appreciate all you are doing for our Tenlee.

Regina & Jack

1st email It is 9:16 on Friday morning. Heard from Regina that little Tenlee went potty. That sounds funny she said, but for them it is wonderful. Keep praying. That was answered prayer!!!!!!!

Also another Grandma wrote today and needs prayer for Charlotte her 2 year old grand-daughter. They were taking her to the hospital as she had been sick for 2 weeks and they didn't know what was causing it. She said thank you!

(Thanks for keeping us updated, Linda!)

Keep praying, guys!

Also, I am asking for prayers for the following people for salvation ~ David S., Lynn G., Leigh and Stacy H., Scott T., and Joe and Darlene T.

I am asking that you pray for David S.'s health along with his salvation and pray for Anita T. who will be having surgery today (Friday).

Please lift my friend Bren in prayer ~ for healing and social security has totally messed up her monthly amount and she is having problems with the Medicare paperwork.  Pray that these bookkeeping mistakes are taken care of quickly.

Pray for Beth and her husband, as they are dealing with a number of stressful situations going on.

Several have asked me to pray for their finances.  And I am sure there are more of us who could use prayer in this area.  I am asking God to meet all of our needs, according to HIS riches in glory!  After all, he owns the cattle on a thousand hills!  He is able to meet our every need.

Linda has some housing needs (me too! And my family) and we are praising God and looking forward to what HE has in store for us in this area.

Praying for David O. to be placed in the job ABBA has for him and praying for Jenny O. to receive a fair insurance settlement soon.

Asking for God to provide a job for Shoshannah and for Mack.
Praising God that the young missionary that was ambushed in Haiti is making such an awesome recovery!!!

Pray for a safe trip back to Texas for Lynne and Sam.  They will be traveling sometime next week.

Also, lift Richard W. to the Father for healing.

There are many more needs, but I will be updating this list through out the weekend…..and praying through out the coming week.

Please be praying for my friends and followers.  Many of us are doing the Sacrificial Diet and would appreciate your prayers.

Welcome new follower(s)….love that you are here!!!

Blessings of peace, the Shalom of God, on your homes and families.
Have a blessed weekend, everyone!

Walking In Grace, An Update, + it is Fearless Friday!

My friend Angela talks about "teachable moments."
She told us, when we started this journey, we would discover

Teachable Moments.
And so we have.

Mama always said:
If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all!
I tell the boys this same thing all the time!
We have even memorized this scripture ~

Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
Psalm 34:13

So imagine my surprise when (in front of company tonight), my dh was telling this story…..and he was a little off on his facts, at which point I was about to correct him…and God said, NO!
Ahem...ahem....ahem....excuse me?
And my spirit heard these words.......
"will what you say change the story....does it really matter...
Why would you want to bring injury to him over something so trivial?
It's of no worth, no importance.  His spirit (on the other hand), that is of great worth, very important.
And so are you.  Be still and know I AM God."
Teachable Moments....learning to be quiet...learning to
Speak No Evil
Was it on here, a few weeks ago I talked about Joshua and Caleb?  (it may have been somewhere else)  Nevertheless, you know the story of the 12 spies Moses sent to
Canaan ~ The Promise Land!  The Land God had already given them.
Ten came back, with words of defeat on their lips (and all their words were true), but Joshua and Caleb looked at God's promises,
not the circumstances .
Joshua and Caleb did not say ~ the land if full of giants and we are but as grasshoppers.  No, they said, "Let us go up and possess the Land!"
They saw the promise!
10 spoke the truth because they looked at the circumstance and God judged them for it.
2 spoke the truth of God's Word concerning their circumstance and were rewarded.
Are you a Joshua or Caleb
or are you one of the ten?

We have to learn to "Speak No Evil".
Rather, our words should be like honey.
"How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!"
~ Psalm 119:103 ~
I know I have said this before....speak life (choose LIFE).  Speak life to yourself, speak God's WORD to your spirit.
Speak life to your family members.  Become a Joshua or a Caleb.  Choosing to speak LIFE is the greatest success we can attain.

Now....update, I just finished Day 3 of the Forty Day Fast

Day 1 was okay....I was excited with anticipation.

Yesterday, Day 2, was awesome!  Wonderful.  I know I was being carried on the prayers of others.

Day 3, the most difficult, but I was never hungry.  Just kind of a strange day.  (It started with me on the phone with AT&T for 2 hours.  Unfortunately, that sort of set the tone.)

For those of you who haven't read the previous post, I am joining some other ladies in fasting two meals a day, plus desserts.  I am also fasting bread as well.  To join us, go here

Even though today was difficult,
I am LOVING every minute of it!!!

NOW.....today is
Fearless Friday!
(You can find more information concerning Fearless Friday on my sidebar ---> to the right.)
Many of us are praying for you.  Many of you have left me comments or sent me emails.  You, your situations, and your families and friends are in my prayers and the prayers of others.

I found the following verse, when I was studying about the words we speak....(my words, when I should speak HIS Words).  And I am going to ask you to focus on this scripture during the coming  week.  I will definitely be focusing on these same words.

"Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers."
Ephesians 4:29

We need to get a hold of the idea of ministering grace, to ourselves and others.

Refuse to let evil corruption come out of  your mouth.  You may have to take every thought into captivity...that's okay!  You can do this in HIS strength!!!

I am praying for your requests, as are many more!

I ask ABBA, "that NO weapon formed against you (and yours) will prosper and that those who rise in judgement, that HE (God) will condemn each one."
(Isaiah 54:17)

"That the blood of Yeshua/Jesus would cover every area of your life....it would cover your home, your family, your pets, your animals, that this same blood would cover your finances, your emotions, your physical body, your spiritual life!"

There is nothing stronger than the blood of JESUS....and the devil cannot cross the "bloodline".

I ask that in those areas where we might need deliverance, that we be delivered!

The Bible says, we have not, because we ask not...

So ASK!  And like Joshua and Caleb, ask in faith.

and Last....I'm asking God to give you abundantly more than you ask or think and to provide you with the GRACE you need for each day!

Open you hearts and accept God's blessings!
Love you!
Hugs,
Cheryl

Days 7 and 8 of Our 65 Day Journey

Days 7 and 8

Boy, have I missed being here the last couple of days!  I have lots to share, but before I forget,

Gooseberry Patch is giving away a free cookbook for the holidays!

I don't know how long the giveaway will last, so hurry and get yours!

This is a download!

Another blogger friend said the Savory Pie Recipe section is awesome!

Last Wednesday, I said I was thankful for F*A*M*I*L*Y.  Can
I take that back?  Just kidding!  But they are the reason I have not been able to blog.  Wednesday night (late) I tried to write a second post for that day, since the first one was very short.  I typed, "Day 6 ~ Second Time," before I started falling asleep at the computer.  It was only 10:20 p.m.!  Very strange for a gal who is normally up all hours of the night, but I was exhausted!

We have a situation that involves two of the grown children, one changing jobs and needing "help" because of her new schedule, until she gets moved and the kids are in a different school....etc.  The one that agreed to help, changed her mind after two days....so, guess who had to ride to the rescue?

LIFE can be complicated at times, especially in a big family,
because there are more people to deal with consider!

Oddly enough, what I had planned on writing about yesterday was "Avoiding Stress" over the holidays!
(Just goes to show you, life has away of biting you in the butt rear, sometimes.)

Never-the-less, I am going to write about STRESS!  Because, it can ruin not only your holidays, but your life, if you allow it!

We have three grown children with families.  They have given us the joy of becoming grandparents eleven times!  When the youngest of the three was a junior in high school, we acquired two little boys.  We received one when he was three weeks old, the other when he was three days old.  We have never been empty-nesters...not even sure what that would look like around here.

Our oldest daughter was married in May of 1998 (she and our sil having given us four beautiful grands), oldest son was married in November of the same year (he and Melissa have blessed us with three "cotton top" grands).  Our middle (grown) daughter gave birth to our first grandson in September of '98.  Shawn was 10 1/2 weeks early.  Stephanie, while not married, was in a very abusive relationship.  It took another baby (grandson) and five more years to get her out of that relationship.  (Since then, she has met a much nicer guy, and while they are not married, they have given us two lovely little curly top grandchicks!)

Stephanie's boys have always lived with us....giving us four boys in the house....presently their ages are:
Elijah (adopted) 15, Teamer (nickname, adopted) 14, Shawn (grandson "the premie" who is now 6') 13 and
Jailen 8 y/o (grandson).

*I know*  Early 60's, three teenage boys in the house, along with an 8 y/o.....I'm CRAZY!  You're right!
I'm telling you all of this to let you know, STRESS and I are on a first name basis...we know each other well.

The first few years of my own marriage, my mother demanded we spend the holidays with my side of the family.  My mother-in-love was very understanding and I know (now) very disappointed at times.  I made up my mind, I would never demand our children spend the holidays with us.  If they did, great....if not, be blessed ~ and enjoy yourselves.

It isn't always easy to "appear" to be gracious.  There have been times I would have really loved to have them here with us.  Fortunately, we live close enough, we see all of the kids often.  DD#1 lives about an hour away, the other two live about 20 minutes away.

So here is what we do....on Thanksgiving I cook.  We normally have company....our company consist of friends who would normally be spending Thanksgiving by themselves.  Sometimes, some of the kids come by in the evening to "graze" and enjoy dessert and coffee.

Saturday after Thanksgiving we cookout, weather permitting, or I cook homemade chili, along with a huge pot of beans.  The kids bring trimmings for Frito pies, etc.

Christmas Eve we cook something special for the boys here....they choose.  Sometimes, it is homemade pizza, but regardless they get to choose.

Christmas Day, we cook a traditional Christmas Dinner and the boys help cook!  (They are getting pretty good at this, too!)  It is "whoever wants to come, COME"!

January 1st, we celebrate Christmas with all the family.....menu varies from year to year....sometimes Mexican, Italian, sandwiches and finger foods...etc.

The four boys love it....between Thanksgiving and January first, it seems like there is constantly something happening or getting ready to happen.  They have already asked if we can celebrate Hanukkah this year....it is a special time, too!  (This year, I believe it begins on December 21.)  They are not fooling me...I know they are thinking about the possibility of receiving eight gifts (one per day) over Hanukkah.  But, I know they also have learned the historical background of Hanukkah and it's Biblical roots....so this is good!

For ten years, this has worked well for us!  Some years, I do not buy a gift (outside of the boys'), until after Christmas.  The sales are wonderful!  My budget loves being able to wait until the sales to shop for the grands!  Plus by then, I know what they have already rec'd and what they really wanted they didn't get...or what they still need.

I have much less stress!  But it is a choice!

So, this is my advice....however you want to celebrate the holidays, make it personal to fit your family.  Don't be locked into a schedule because the "world" does it a certain way.

The foods you serve should reflect things you and your family enjoy!

Remember others, who may not have family.

Last year, the two oldest grand daughters were here on the 23rd of December.  With a little supervision from me, they baked homemade cinnamon rolls for everyone (up and down) on our road (the mile section) and made cinnamon rolls to take home for their own family's.  They had a ball!  Fun they don't get to have at their other grandmothers'!  We made lots of memories!!

Make your holidays stress free!
Your inter-self will embrace you for it!

Thursday ~ Thankful for "community".  We love our neighbors!

Friday ~ Thankful for the "WORD" of God.  It gives the "peace that passes all understanding."

Be sure and join Shawn and add your own Thirty Days of Thanks!

Today is Friday and many of us are praying for each of you!  If you have a special need you would like us to pray about, leave a note in my comments or you may email me...or you can contact Angela, who's information is in my sidebar!

Whatever the need, know your Heavenly Father desires to meet that need!  HIS love is awesome!

~ ~ ~ ~ ~
*~ * *
Hey, even with all of the extras here the last two days, I managed to scrub and rearrange three of the shelves in the bathroom, worked more on the kitchen, started my list for Thanksgiving and did a few other things!  Knowing I am going to be "reporting" to you all helps to keep me focused!  Love it!

Blessings,
Cheryl

Fearless Friday, July 29 and A Little Chat

Yes, it is Friday ~ Fearless Friday, when several of us commit to praying for you...for each other, for our families....etc.

There are many prayer request, some of which break my heart.
But we need to "talk".  This past week has been stressful.

DS#1 and family came for supper last Thursday, a week ago.  At a little after 2 a.m., I rec'd a call from Melissa, our d-i-l.  She had their oldest daughter, Chasey, at the ER.  A little after 4, she called back to say they would be doing an emergency appendectomy as soon as they could everything lined up and Aaron (son) would be bringing the other two grands to me.  Aaron got here a little after 5 a.m.  I had coffee made, I had given up on sleep at this point (but I did nap a little between 6 and 8 that morning.).  I was so out of it, I forgot to ask you to pray for Chasey (who is ten years old).

This passed Tuesday, Melissa (yes, same Melissa, Chasey's mother), had to have her gall bladder removed.  (I had the kids again.)
Wednesday, I did something very dumb.....left the house having only drank a couple of cups of coffee *no food* to run some errands.
Went to our little community store, stayed and visited too long.  I did eat some peanut butter crackers and drank a can of Dr.Pepper.
Drove to the grocery store (forgot to mention the a/c is out in my van and it was 104 degrees!)  I was going to purchase a bottle of water at the checkout stand, but got busy visiting and "forgot".

By the time we (the clerk and I) got the groceries loaded, my head was hurting and I was getting a little dizzy.

Decided to go by and check on Melissa.  She actually looked pretty good for just having surgery.
I got a bottle of water and a glass of ice.....so good!

Got home and realized I had been gone a little over three hours ~ out in the heat.  While putting up the groceries, I drank another glass of water and three glasses of tea.  I then sat down to rest and ended up sleeping two hours.....with a house full of kids!

After the evening chores, we had frozen pizza for supper....it made the kids happy.

Yesterday, Chasey (ten y/o grandchickie) had to go back to the doctor.  She has shingles....she's 10...most likely caused by the trauma of surgery.  The doctor is encouraged that there are only a few sores and he doesn't think anymore will breakout.  I am praying he is right.

In the evening, I had to take "T" (14 y/o) over to our friends.  They are leaving and will be gone 4 - 6 weeks.  "T" will be feeding and watering their animals, as well as watering plants, and their yard.  He is excited, but again we were out in the heat...too long.

So, today I am going to the doctor.  I haven't been in over 8 years....not my cup of tea....I am not looking forward to going.

It is nearly 3 a.m.  There is no way I am going to get this week's prayer requests or anything else posted.  I am so tired.

But, I wanted you to know, I will be praying!

I may try and write up the prayer requests tomorrow ~ Saturday.  I'll just have to see.

I learned one fun thing.  "Baby" the two year old horse likes to eat ice.  He is so funny....but he loves it.

This is Baby when he was little (his name is actually Rodeo).  In this picture, he is about two weeks old and is crawling out from under the round pen.  He would do this so he could play with the grands, follow us around, or hang out with the dogs and cats.  (That's his Mama's white legs.  She would get so upset when he would escape!)
He finally got too big to crawl under!

He is still spoiled.  I love it!

Here, he is about 10 days old and is hanging with the (then) 5 y/o grandson, Jailen.

Anyway, I just found it funny, he likes to crunch ice!

The heat is hard on all of us.

I will let you know how my doctor's visit goes.

In the meantime, you and your family will be in my prayers.

Blessings,
Cheryl

Fasting and Fearless Friday, 7/22

You can visit Angela at Free Spirit Haven

Abba, Father, Creator of Heaven and Earth, I come to You in the Name of Your only begotten son ~ Yeshua ~ Messiah Yahshuah ~ JESUS, the Christ, the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, it is in HIM we live and move, and have our being.  My hope is in You, LORD….YOU are my wall of defense, my steadfastness, my victory!

Father, I lift up those who are fighting cancer.  For some it has been a long battle and they have endured much, for others the battle is new and there are many adjustments – But faith in YOU always speaks loudest, YOU are the battle cry!  May you send Your Word and heal each one –
Rob Thomason, Julie, Kearsie, Pia’s father, Lewis.  Father, this is such an ugly battle that looms in the shadows waiting to snatch many.  It is a mountain that needs to be gone and cast into the sea!  Please, Father, speak to the mountain of cancer and cast it far into the sea, that people will no longer need to fear, because they have been set free from the bondage of cancer.

Abba, there are many of those who have heart conditions, conditions we know can be healed at the sound of Your voice, speak Father and let Your Word heal them – Linda, Phil, Shoshanna, and Dewaine.  Let healing wrap around each one, as a blanket that settles around someone who is resting.  We praise YOU for Your healing power….YOU are the Victory!!!  Hallelujah!!!  Bless the MIGHTY Name of the LORD!  Father, thank you, for the good report Heather’s father received!  Continue healing his body, restoring his health and giving him victory over heart disease.

Father, I asked that you heal Ron Hicks of Parkinson’s, but more importantly, I asked that You wipe the scales from his eyes, that he might open his heart to Your salvation.  Be with his wife, Jane, giving her strength as she cares for Ron.  Bless her Father, for her’s is a difficult job.

Lord, may those who are experiencing sight problems be healed – Onie and Linda’s cousin, SJ.  Father, speak to the nerves and blood vessels around the eyes, that they might work the way You designed them to work.  Speak to cataracts that they must go, in the name of Jesus!!
Father, I ask you also heal the sores on Onie’s leg, bringing new life to dead tissue.

I am praying for joint pain to be removed from Beth, Onie, Brenda, Terry, and myself – be we be set free in the name of Jesus, that we might experience a restoration of freedom in movement – Father, realign backs, remove soreness from muscles, cause blood to flow, bringing healing to the areas that need healing.  And again I say thank You!  You and YOU alone are Worthy!!

Father, may Kim’s husband experience a complete healing in his shoulder muscle.

May Sara continue to experience healing in her wrist and right hip.

Father, Bren’s Grandpa Bob has many health issues that need healing.  I ask that You refresh his body in a special way.  Because he is older, does not mean he has to suffer in pain.  Your Word says there was not one feeble one among all those YOU lead out of Egypt!!  Father, restore Glenis’ mother-in-law in both mind and body, that she might live out her remaining years in good health.  Father, be with Dawn, for You are LORD over all disease!

May the healing process continue in Taylor’s leg.  Father we are so thankful this injury was minor compared to what it could have been…so thankful You were there to protect this young lady.

Father, may those who have MS, be set free in the name of Jesus.  We know by the stripes Jesus took…it is possible for us to experience healing in all areas of our lives…MS is no exception….so I speak life and healing to Gert, Terry and Wendy!  May they be completely healed in the Name of Jesus, no longer being in bondage to MS or any other disease!!!  Hallelujah!!!  YOU are MIGHTY, LORD!!! And Your love toward us is even mightier!!!  Glory to YOUR name!

“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” ~ John 8:32

Father, I am standing in the gap and believing for salvation and deliverance for many….Anney’s son, Lynne’s son, d-i-l, her daughter and her s-i-l, Phil’s father, Bren’s sons and her daughter, Autumn Grace’s son and d-i-l, Roger, Justin, Leigh, Stacy Lynn, Rob, David, Walt, Penny, (another) David, Donnie, Joe, Darlene, Ralph, and Scott.  Praying for those who need their spiritual walks refresh and need to return to their first love – Giles, Art, Bernie, Barry, Stephanie – Father, there are so many, but YOU know their names, You know their every need.  May their lives reflect the glory of YOUR salvation.

Father, many are suffering financially or need help in this area…many are those that are doing YOUR work, YOUR will.  I ask YOU to do exceeding, abundantly above all that we can even think or imagine in the lives of Shoshanna (& family), Beverly, Glenis, Lynne (& family), Linda S. (& family), Bren, Terry and K., Linda and Phil, Pam and her husband, Onie, and Josh and Tonya….and Father, please remove any obstacle standing in Josh and Tonya’s way that would slow or hinder the adoption process.  Make the crooked straight, the rocky plain…as only YOU can!!!

Father, we thank YOU for the rain that YOU have sent…it was good, but we need more…there are still so many farms and ranches that are suffering.  Their crops are dying in their fields.  Their animals are loosing in place of gaining weight.  Father, I know famine will come, for Your Word say as much ….but I know YOU protected YOUR own, who lived in Goshen, please do the same today.  Please send rain.

I am praying for those in the flood stricken areas of our country, for areas that are trying to recover from tornadoes and other disasters.  Praying for the people of Japan and other places around the world…May Your will be done and may they see YOUR deliverance, Father.

"But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea."  Matthew 18:6

Father, every request for these children is important.  Each one not only affects the child, but affects the whole family.  My heart breaks, that the needs of our babies are so great, that so many are hurting.  Please don’t let the children suffer.  Please keep them safe, out of satan’s grasp.  Please sustain each family and let love abound in their hearts.

I am praying for Beth’s little Mallory.  Father, watch over her and keep her in the palm of your hand.  Be her shield against anyone that would try to harm her.  May YOUR angels watch over her continually, day & night and may Your perfect will be done.

I am praying for Vitaliy as the adoption comes closer.  May everything be done in proper order, may all obstacles be removed, and may all be done swiftly.  Please watch over this precious young man and bring him safely to his new home with Josh and Tonya.

Please, Father, let your sweet presence be with baby Hannah.  Be with Susan, her mother, and the rest of this little one’s family.  Lead the doctors, that they might find the problem and know what to do, to help Hannah get better.  Keep her strong in YOU, LORD.

Father, Ellianna is now with YOU, and I realize she is no longer in pain and she is no longer suffering….for she has been made whole in the Name of Jesus, therefore, we REJOICE!  But Father, please be with Mark, Hannah and their other children, as they share their grief and celebrate Ellianna’s life.  May the Holy Spirit bring comfort and peace to this family and may the broken hearted be healed!
“Thou hast given a banner to them that fear thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah”
Ps 60:4

Father, I ask that You be with each of the ladies that is participating in “Building Our Homes Together With Jesus.”  Help us to build our homes, so when others come they will feel YOUR presence.  Let Your banner over our homes and our families be that of LOVE.

Father, there are other homes where marriages need to be restore….I lift up John and Audrey and ask YOU to refresh their memories, reminding them of the Love they have shared over the years, showing them how their actions are going to effect their children in the future.

Father, we have parents that have lost the ability to raise their children, for they are like lost children themselves.  We have children that are neglected and are trying to raise themselves.  Father, turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, that they see the awesome responsibility YOU have set before them.

Father, I’m praying for the older children, who have been brought up to follow YOU, but have lost their way.  May the Holy Spirit woo their hearts and help them find their way once more.
I speak life into the homes of those who are hopeless, for
YOU are our HOPE.

ABBA, I ask that YOUR Shalom ~ Your peace, Your healing, Your comfort, Your presence ~ come and dwell within our homes once more.

“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not =-faint.” ~ Isaiah 40:31

Abba, there are many who need their bodies refreshed and their spirits renewed.  They need strength to return, that they may indeed walk and not faint.  Father, I lift up Linda W.’s step mother, Onie, Beth, Angela, Glenis, Shoshanna, Lynne, Linda, Linda S., Bren, Beverly,  Terry….so many,  including myself.  Let us not grow weary in well doing, Father, but keep us on the right path ~ serving YOU, by serving others.
May you protect the lives of our military men and women and continually be with their families.  Father, be with Jason and Brian, along with all those serving in foreign lands.  May they see the mighty work of YOUR hands and may Psalm 91 be before them always.

I lift up the leaders of our country….Father, so many of our leaders need to know YOU.  They need vision, for Your Word says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.”  But most of all, we need to repents as a nation and seek salvation –may the Holy Spirit help us to do just that, Father.

Please continue to guide and direct the new ministries we are seeing opening up, by women YOU have called to do YOUR work.  May they grow and be an encouragement to others who feel YOUR leading on their lives.   For "We are confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:" (Php. 1:6)

Father, I am praying for Your Holy City, praying for Am Yisrael (the people of Israel), may YOU be the shield of their salvation.  Because of YOUR Gentleness, they have been made great.  Father, I ask that YOU drive evil far from their boundaries, rebuke the profane that would attempt to bring destruction on
YOUR Land, and may Your Love toward the people be made known throughout the world.

“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.” ~ Psalms 122:6

Adonai, I am standing in agreement with the prayers on
Angela’s blog.  May prayers be answered, doors thrown open and captives set free.

Father, I am thankful for the prayers YOU have answered this past week.  You are so good toward us!  And I am most thankful for those prayers we will be seeing answered ~ for YOU alone are God, our Trust is in YOU.

Father, I am especially thankful that “J” and his ministry group had a safe flight and are now preparing to answer your call.  May YOU bless their work and keep them safe.
Thank YOU, for restoring Linda W’s hearing….what an awesome thing!
Thank YOU for answering my unspoken request.  I am humbled.  And thank YOU for working in the lives of those I love.
Father, may we be pleasing unto you, that our joy
might be full.
In the Name of Jesus, Yeshua… Amen and amen.

.  Never loose sight that  “We are more than conquerors through him that loved us.” ~ Romans 8:37
