ReplyDeletecheryl....please pray for us.....my nephew (the dad to the little boy that came & stayed with me for a few days back a few months ago that cps had removed from the home) his wife died of a suspected drug overdose this weekend. she was only 30 yrs old and leaves 3 boys now without a mom.
ReplyDeletei am taking this especially hard. she was not a believer, nor is my nephew. he is suicidal. the boys are understandably angry & distraught. I just hurt for them in ways I didn't even know i could. i feel so helpless. they are each in a different home. i KNOW God is in control and my deepest prayer all along has been that the outcome of all of this would be that the boys will be brought to a saving faith in Jesus. I am praying that there will be someone in their lives that will love them with the precious LOVE that is the balm that will sooth their hurts and heal their broken places in a way that only God's love can.
The world looks bleak right now. I am just clinging to HIS precious promises, knowing HIS word never returns void. Thanks for your support & love.
