But first, Happy Mothers' Day to all the wonderful Moms! May your day be blessed!
Sunday In My City and across Oklahoma, everyone is holding their breath! And here is the reason why:
(The following is from an article appearing in our local paper.)
With one episode remaining, cowboy brothers Jet and Cord McCoy are among the final three competitors on the CBS-TV reality series “The Amazing Race.”
The McCoys, ranch-raised cowboys from Tupelo (Oklahoma), have won four of the 11 legs of the race around the world. They finished the 11th episode in second place, just behind the dating models, Brent Horne and Caite Upton.
“I feel like we have a good chance to win the million dollars,” said Cord, one of the fan favorites on the Professional Bull Riders tour. ~ The Ada Evening News
We live northwest of Ada, Oklahoma and Tupelo is just southeast of Ada. Everyone around here and across the state will be cheering for the McCoy brothers tonight. Win or loose, Jet and Cord are good people.
